Design
Harnessing the power of Turbocad software, we digitally draft the exact dimensions of your hitch. This ensures utmost precision, even for the most intricate designs.
Cutting
Our state-of-the-art Plasma table guarantees precision in every cut. Post-design on Turbocad, metal sheets are set, and each component of the saddle is digitally etched. The plasma cutter, with unmatched accuracy, crafts the exact size and dimensions, prepping them for assembly.
Forming
This phase involves meticulous shaping - be it folding, stamping, or hole-punching. With specialised tools like drills and lathes, every part is honed to its specific shape and size.

Assembling

Finishing
Longevity is key. Everything that leaves our fab shop receives a protective coat to fend off rust and potential wear, ensuring it remains in top shape.
